Silvered bronze, 1 3/8” height. Slightly recessed edge beams with radials or a saltire at the junction. Central relief vacant cross with the charges and footrest delineated. A saltire to the top and ciphers to the crossbeam ends. Plain back. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored and on an 18” modern Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with Certificate of Authenticity. Rare early example.
