Gilt bronze, large size 6 1/4 with 2.3mm rounded face band with expanded shell form shoulders. Circular bezel with a radial motif in place of the usual stylized Star of Bethlehem. That deviation was possibly the result of the Reformation (started 1517) and a rejection of Catholic symbolism. Surface textured from burial.
