9th-11th century AD. Gilt bronze, a little over size 9 1/4 (all our rings were made before sizing was standardized). Broad 5.1mm width band with a low rounded face. Surface textured overall from burial. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword. Professionally refurbished with the 24k gold overlay restored. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
