Iconic heart form. Over 7/8” height plus the suspension loop. The broad edges scrolling at the top forming the cusp and the top two members of the trefoil on the depressing field, a favorite Viking form. Good high relief. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature.
