Just about 1/2” height plus the suspension loop. Made by the open face mold method. Broad heart, fully cusped, with foliate fill to the shoulders and incised center. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Light surface texture from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored on a gilt neck chain for modern wear. Jewelry gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
