17th-18th Century, Orthodox rite. Silvered bronze. Over 1 1/2” total height. Raised border delineating the cross with broad beams, the cross beam above center and enclosing a stick cross with Cyrillic inscriptions at the terminals. Reverse with a similar cross with Cyrillic inscriptions. The outside edges in flowing baroque elements. Excellent preservation with crisp detail. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored and on a modern gilt Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with Certificate of Authenticity.
