Delicate size. just about 1/2” height, heart only. A slightly domed section in the early slightly cusped top form. Made by the open face mold process with the back slightly recessed. For Vikings, the heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the warrior. It is said that Hrungnir, with whom Thor dueled (assisted by a sorceress), had a heart of stone. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored, on a modern polished leather neck cord, for immediate wear. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
