FINE VIKING WARRIOR’S RING 866-1067 AD
Coil form with flat expanded medial flanked by circular section coils. Some degradation from burial, professionally conserved with the gold surface restored. Size 10 ¾. A classic example of a Viking ring worn by a warrior farmer seasonally tending his crops until called to participate in a voyage and raid, the timing of which was dictated by the stars, calendar and opportunity.
