Bronze, size 10 1/4 with flared shoulder and slightly canted oval bezel impressed with a crown over a figure, lattice covered shield or a fir cone, surrounded by demi scrolls. Medium surface texture from burial. The ring of a royal person used to impress wax seals as an official signature. North European, possible Augsburg where the fir cone was used as a town mark.
