Gilt bronze, size 4 1/2 for the small finger as was the custom. with 2.3mm rounded face band flaring to the shoulders. Raised oval bezel with triple cut forming a chevron. Probably serving as a signet. See the English Portable Antiquities Scheme DENO-BA & BE6 for very similar related example. This example is professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored, and Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Good wearable size.
