Size 10 3/4. Broad 5.6mm width band, with low rounded face. Mottled brown patina was found. Made with a central core to distribute the molten metal and heat. The core was then laboriously removed by hand with the remnants visible. Vikings were expert metallurgists. The use of pure copper is rare and suggests a supernatural significance as alloys were much more durable. See the reference image which shows the process. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom's sword.
