Over 1 1/4” height.  Bronze, cast and chased in minute detail as the crescent moon with baluster tips representing Sol the sun and Mani the moon, below a stepped cone surrounded by three triangles of domed nubs. Deeply raised ridged edge crescent. Viking worship involved the heavenly bodies on which they relied for guidance when sailing. Excellent with the pure silver overlay restored, for modern wear on modern Sterling silver neck chain. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
