Over 55/8” height (0.67”) plus the loop. Heart form with cusped top stylized and forming the top of the incised trefoil. This and the naturalistic form are both used profusely in Nordic literature. The bottom is another heart. Two hearts in one! The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, and integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature.
