VIKING WEDDING RING 850-1050 AD SIZE 7 ½
Copper-rich bronze, size 7 1/2. Well-crafted with a low rounded face. It is thought that Viking warriors wore narrow rings to minimize interference with the grip of their weapons. Archaeologically undecided at this point but with abundant examples representing Vikings at pastoral pursuits, and raiding, clarity may be expected in the next few years. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
