10th-11th CENTURY AD. Size 10 3/4. broad, 7.1mm band with rounded face. Cast with a central core to distribute the metal and heat. The core than laboriously removed by hand and the remnants are visible. Surface degradation from burial. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored.
