Silvered bronze, just under 1 1/2” in height. Circular beam ends in the Gothic taste, each with a vignette of a saint (?). The cross beam above center with inner radiant infill. Central relief vacant cross with the charges and footrest delineated. The back with slightly simplified matching detail. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored and on a sterling silver mounted 18” leather neck cord for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with Certificate of Authenticity. Rare early example.
