Gilt bronze, about 1 7/8” height plus the suspension loop. Raised edge beams with a pierced scalloped halo and radials at the junction. Central relief vacant cross with the charges and footrest delineated. Reverse inscription panels, partially obscured.  Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the pure silver surface restored and on an 18” modern Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with Certificate of Authenticity. Rare and large early example.
