Cambridgeshire, England. Size 8 ¾.  Bold twist motif on the top 1/3 its circumference, finely delineated and preserved. The spiral or helix was a favorite Viking form. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored. Vikings exchanged wedding rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword.
