The High Gothic Period following the Crusades. Gilt bronze, over 1 5.8” height with the suspension loop. The cross beam centered with trefoil beam terminals forming “crutches” from the Jerusalem cross which made it five crosses in one, commemoration the five wounds of Christ. The center and beam terminals each with five “circle and dot” motifs, repeating the theme. Both sides decorated. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored on an 18” gilt Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
