Just over 1” (1.05”) height, symmetrical with a square at the junction and the terminals slightly flared as with the Templar cross of the crusaders. Completely undecorated. The reverse recessed for the inclusion of a holy relic such as the hair of a saint. Carried by European Pilgrims traveling to the Holy Land to visit the land where Christ lived and died, and later by Crusaders. Professionally refurbished with the silver overlay restored on an 18” Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
