Broad band, 5.2mm width, with relief decoration overall of cabalistic ciphers on reeded ground (mystical meaning now lost). The surface degraded from burial and the decoration largely obscured. Worn by sorcerers who practiced pagan religion before the spread of Christianity and into the early Christian period. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored for modern wear, with certification of authenticity, and jewelry gift boxed.
