Gilt bronze, size 8 ¾, for a woman. Flat faced band in 2 1/3 full coils, to 5.3mm width. The coil or helix was a favorite form for Vikings and evidently held supernatural significance to them. Textured from burial. Sound wearable condition and professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with a certification of authenticity.
