Just over 3/4" height including the suspension loop. The Viking heart in its fully developed form cusp top formed by the terminals of the broad borders. The field with a formalized trefoil or fleur de lis with addorsd scrolls above formed by the terminals of the broad border. Well rounded section, produced by the open face mold technique. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature.
