An element from an elaborate necklace pectoral display on scale with the Egyptian aegis. A matrix of large metal beads would have been suspended with a series of drops or pendants such as this. It is just under 2” total length (1.97”) formed as barred spheres joined by a banded cylinder. It is hollow to make the cumulative weight of the necklace bearable. It is textured from burial with the silver surface restored, on an 18” sterling silver neck chain for modern wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
