Classic heart form. Over 5/8” (0.67”) height plus the loop. Low rounded section of fully developed cusped form. The field with triple circle and dot motifs forming a trefoil. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Surface lightly textured from burial.
