Good quality with 2.3mm rounded face band, flaring to the shoulders.  Oval bezel which is engraved in four strokes and a crescent serving as a signet, which identified the owner and could be used to seal legal matters. (In Ben Hur, the title character identifies himself by stamping Messala’s tablet with his ring which bears the signet of Quintus Arrius.)

Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with Certificate of Authenticity. Rare wearable size.
